Recently, she shared her thoughts while celebrating the 10th anniversary of her foundation, Live Love Laugh, in Madhya Pradesh, ahead of World Mental Health Day.
As a vocal advocate for mental health, Deepika’s foundation aims to increase awareness and provide support throughout India. During the event, she reflected on the challenges she has faced when advocating for what she believes is fair.
When questioned about the potential costs of standing up for her beliefs, she stated, “I’ve always fought my battles silently. Unfortunately, some of these become public, which is not something I was raised to accept. Nevertheless, fighting with dignity is the path I choose.”
Deepika made her debut in Bollywood alongside Shah Rukh Khan in *Om Shanti Om*, directed by Farah Khan. She was also recently seen in *Singham Again*, directed by Rohit Shetty.
