Thamma, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, is making waves at the box office. Although it’s not breaking records, the film has achieved an impressive milestone by surpassing ₹50 crore globally in just two days.
Box Office Collection Breakdown
On the film’s opening day, Thamma netted ₹24 crore in India. Its triumph continued on the second day, with a staggering evening performance leading to an additional ₹18 crore. This brings its domestic total to ₹42 crore (₹50 crore gross) within two days.
Despite underwhelming international figures, largely due to timing concerns in overseas markets, it has still managed to earn over $400,000. This increases its worldwide earnings to nearly ₹55 crore. Thamma has outperformed Maddock’s earlier film, Roohi, which grossed ₹31 crore, and Dharma’s Dhadak 2, which made ₹40 crore.
