Near the end of the broadcast, RM, whose real name is Kim Namjoon, addressed the viral clip from Jin’s day one concert at Goyang Auxiliary Stadium. He explained that he reacted the way he did because of a swarm of lovebugs that suddenly descended on him. “Like five lovebugs landed on me at the same time. So while brushing them off, I kind of unconsciously [cussed out],” he shared, noting he wasn’t aware he was being filmed.
“Suddenly, a bunch of my friends started sending me that meme. The lovebug. I didn’t even know I was being filmed,” he added with a laugh. This playful commentary sparked further jokes among fans, some humorously asking, “What do you think it means, RM, that you are the favorite landing spot of lovebugs?”
