The concerts are scheduled for October 31 at 7 PM KST and November 1 at 6:30 PM KST, and they have already impacted local hotel prices significantly.

The announcement about Jin’s concerts has led to a notable surge in hotel rates near the Incheon Munhak Main Stadium. Fans who had previously secured bookings are facing difficulties due to price hikes. Some hotels are reportedly canceling reservations, forcing attendees to seek alternatives at much higher prices.

Fan Experiences with Price Increases

Many fans are sharing their experiences online, highlighting drastic changes in hotel pricing. One individual noted a cancellation of their confirmed reservation because the hotel claimed a pricing error. When they tried to rebook, they were shocked to find that rates had soared from 80,000 KRW (approximately 57 USD) to an astounding 1,075,000 KRW (around 765 USD).

As the dates for the concerts approach, it’s likely that accommodation prices will continue to rise, especially given the potential for further changes to the concert schedule due to events at the stadium. Fans, however, remain excited for the chance to see Jin perform live, even if it comes with financial challenges. Jin himself mentioned that he learned about the venue’s availability only three weeks prior to the concerts.
