## Upcoming Ben Folds Tour in Australia

Ben Folds is set to return to Australia in early 2026 with a series of intimate solo performances as part of his ‘Ben Folds & A Piano’ tour.

This eight-date event will kick off in Brisbane on February 18, making stops in Sydney, Thirroul, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo, and Perth.

Presented by Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment, this tour invites fans to experience the Emmy-nominated artist’s extensive catalogue. Folds will perform both solo pieces and selections from his acclaimed group, Ben Folds Five. All this, accompanied by just a piano and his distinctive storytelling flair.

In this stripped-back setup, audience members can look forward to a mix of deep cuts, crowd favorites, and personal tales from Folds’ over 30 years in the music industry. As he mentioned in a previous interview, “This is my favourite way to perform. It’s just me, a piano, and the songs. There’s no hiding.”

### Setlist Expectations

Fans can anticipate a setlist rich in variety, featuring solo hits like “Rockin’ the Suburbs,” “The Luckiest,” “You Don’t Know Me,” “Still Fighting It,” and “Still.” Additionally, classic tracks from Ben Folds Five will likely include fan favorites like “Brick,” “Army,” “Philosophy,” “Underground,” “Kate,” “Song for the Dumped,” and “One Angry Dwarf and 200 Solemn Faces.”

### Recent Accomplishments

Currently performing in the US, Folds is expected to arrive in Australia with momentum from the successful release of a live album recorded alongside the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. This album debuted at the top of both the Billboard classical and classical crossover charts earlier this year.

In addition to his music career, Folds has taken on various roles. He is a composer for film, television, and theatre, including a forthcoming Peanuts special on Apple TV.
