Australian DJ and producer, Alison Wonderland, has revealed that her fourth studio album, Ghost World, is slated for release on October 3rd.

This announcement coincides with her fresh single, “iwannaliveinadream.” She described the track as a journey to escape reality, sharing, “It’s all about trying to escape reality for a small amount of time because right now the real world feels too noisy.” The song carries a nostalgic and dreamlike quality.
The music video for “iwannaliveinadream,” filmed in New Zealand by Conor Pritchard, is available now for fans to enjoy.

Delving into the themes of her upcoming album, Wonderland expressed a personal connection, saying, “I often feel like I’m wandering this earth trying to find my home, both artistically and personally..sometimes it feels like the search will never end.” She aims to create a space of refuge for listeners with her music.
“I am forever grateful for the people who listen to my music and allow me to continue to create, to exorcize complicated feelings and emotions through my art and – yes – my ego death haha. I am only here because you are,” she added.

Alison Wonderland stands as one of Australia’s most prominent electronic music exports, boasting a No. 1 album on Billboard’s Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart with Awake (2018). She made history at Coachella, becoming the highest-billed female DJ in the festival’s history.
Her festival presence is undeniable; she has performed at Coachella four times and headlined Red Rocks’ “Temple of Wonderland” seven times. Wonderland has taken full creative charge at renowned festivals such as Tomorrowland, Ultra, Electric Daisy Carnival, Bonnaroo, and Austin City Limits. With over 800,000 headline tickets sold in the U.S. and more than 1.1 billion global streams, her impact is substantial.

Her previous three albums all secured spots in the ARIA Top 10, with Loner (2022) reaching No. 3 and charting in the U.S. Top 10 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
