Akshay Kumar Reflects on Madonna’s Walkout During Bollywood Event

In a recent episode of “Two Much” with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar shared an entertaining yet embarrassing moment involving the pop icon, Madonna. The occasion was an event dubbed Awesome Foursome, where Akshay, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and others were set to perform.

Madonna’s Surprising Exit

Akshay recounted the excitement surrounding Madonna’s appearance at the event, where all the actors were eager to impress her. However, things took a humorous turn when one performer, whose identity Akshay didn’t reveal, serenaded Madonna with a rather unconventional ‘virgin’ song. The comedic twist made the famous singer leave midway through the performance.

“This performer composed the song just for her after learning she would attend. He looked at Madonna and sang, ‘You look to me a virgin, you have a virgin smile’,” Akshay recalled while sharing some laughter over the incident.

Madonna’s Reaction

Even though Madonna was there with her husband and child, Akshay noted that she was very polite throughout the awkward serenade. “She waited for the song to finish before gracefully leaving the show,” he reminisced.

The event’s aftermath was equally amusing, as Kajol reportedly scolded the unnamed performer for his choice of song. “That was the end of the show, and we didn’t get any Hollywood stars attending our events again,” Akshay said, with a smile.

Currently, Akshay and Saif Ali Khan are working together on “Haiwaan”, a remake of a film starring Mohanlal and Samuthirakani. Additionally, Akshay is collaborating with Priyadarshan on the horror-comedy “Bhooth Bangla,” which is slated for release soon.
