Walking the red carpet, the Only Murders in the Building star dazzled in a tailor-made black silk and velvet gown from Ralph Lauren Collection. The dress was adorned with a meticulously crafted halter neckline, embellished with 600 diamond-cut crystals. Complementing her outfit, she wore stunning diamond drop earrings, along with bracelets and rings to match. This gown brought to mind a similar black dress she wore to the 2023 Academy Museum Gala, which featured a striking silver rosette halter neckline.

At the ceremony, Gomez celebrated her first-ever acting nomination for her role as Mabel Mora in Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building. Additionally, she garnered her third nomination as a producer for the series, making her the most-nominated Latina producer in the history of the Emmys. The show itself received nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series and nods for other cast members, including Steve Martin and Martin Short for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
