Dude Box Office Day 1: Pradeep Ranganathan’s Film Surpasses Love Today

As reported by a trade website, Dude has amassed ₹5.56 crore net in India by 6 PM on Friday. This surpasses the opening figures of Love Today, another film directed by Pradeep.

The film had an initial collection of ₹2.45 crore. In comparison, Premalu opened with ₹90 lakh, both films likely to see varying results depending on audience feedback. Pradeep’s previous film, Dragon, opened at ₹6.5 crore, which Dude is expected to exceed by day’s end.

Dude generated ₹3.89 crore from advance bookings, making its final tallies a point of anticipation.

Dude follows the story of two childhood friends, Agan (played by Pradeep) and Kural (Mamitha). Their relationship faces challenges when Kural proposes marriage, causing familial tensions to surface.
