According to the official Dorohedoro website, the sequel is being produced as a streaming series. This means it will not be shown on traditional Japanese television, making it a digital-exclusive release.
Dorohedoro is adapted from Q Hayashida’s manga, which enjoyed a Japanese broadcast from November 2000 to September 2018. The series premiered on Netflix in 2020 and was directed by Yuichiro Hayashi.
