Gauri Khan celebrated her 55th birthday on October 8, and her friend Namrata Shirodkar took to social media to share heartfelt memories and wishes. Their longstanding friendship was the focus as Namrata reflected on cherished moments together.

In her Instagram stories, Namrata expressed her love and blessings, stating, “Happy birthday! For all the times we’ve spent together…sending you lots of love and blessings! Have a fabulous year ahead, GK! @gaurikhan.”

Sharing Nostalgic Moments

Namrata also shared various pictures of their time together over the years, highlighting a memorable moment with Sangeeta Bijlani and Shah Rukh Khan. Gauri posted a photo from a past fashion show, recalling how they all enjoyed a cruise together after Namrata represented India at the Miss Universe pageant in 1993.

Further, Gauri had visited Namrata and her husband Mahesh for a lunch after a Falguni and Shane Peacock show, which Namrata fondly described as “Unexpected fun lunch!!” They reminisced and laughed, saying, “It’s as if time stood still.”

Recent Endeavors

Namrata’s most recent production was the 2022 film Major, starring Adivi Sesh, under GMB Entertainment. She had her last acting role in the 2004 film Rok Sako To Rok Lo before marrying Mahesh Babu in 2005. The couple shares two children, Gautam and Sitara Ghattamaneni.

Gauri, meanwhile, recently produced her son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut series, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, through Red Chillies Entertainment. She is currently working on a project featuring her husband Shah Rukh and daughter Suhana Khan. Gauri and Shah Rukh’s family includes three children: Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam.
