Actor Lakshya, known for his roles in The Ba***ds of Bollywood and Kill, once shared that he left a well-paying job that earned him 15000 a day to pursue a career in film. During an interview with Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube channel, he recalled how his father, Romesh Lalwani, noted that Lakshya’s daily earnings matched his monthly salary.

Lakshya’s Decision to Leave a 30 Lakh Per Month Job

Regarding his career choices, Lakshya recounted how film producer Ramesh Taurani challenged him about his decision to leave a job earning 30 lakh per month. He mentioned, “I don’t know. In TV, you are paid based on the day’s work. I typically received between 15000 to 25000 each day.”

Lakshya also reflected on the end of his show Porus. He recalled, “When Porus was about to finish, I told my dad about the new offer, and he responded, ‘You’re making what I earn in a month each day. Accept the offer without hesitation!'”
