## Exciting Return of Lakmē Fashion Week

Lakmē Fashion Week, in collaboration with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), is gearing up for its highly awaited return to New Delhi between October 9–12, 2025, at The Grand, Vasant Kunj. This season, presented by the House of Lakmē, FDCI, and Reliance Brands (RBL), promises an exciting array of renowned designers, fresh talent, and innovative collaborations that spotlight the fusion of fashion, beauty, and culture.

### Transition to the Capital

Moving to New Delhi follows the platform’s recent silver jubilee celebrations in Mumbai, reinforcing its important role in shaping India’s fashion identity on a global scale.

### Grand Finale and New Collection

The season will culminate with the spectacular House of Lakmē Grand Finale. Renowned designer Tarun Tahiliani will showcase his unique blend of luxury and contemporary style, which defines Indian couture. Alongside his presentation, Lakmē will introduce the Lakmē Be-Jewel Collection—a stunning array inspired by the brilliance of gemstones. This collection aims to redefine modern maximalism with its shimmering, jewel-toned brilliance.

Sunanda Khaitan, Vice President of Lakmē India, expressed excitement about this collaboration, stating, “For Lakmē Fashion Week 2025, we are delighted to partner with Tarun Tahiliani, whose expertise in embellishment and drape aligns seamlessly with our vision.”

### Promoting Indigenous Craftsmanship

The FDCI, representing over 400 members, remains committed to enhancing the fashion industry’s landscape by advocating for the “Made in India” label, particularly focusing on indigenous crafts and handloom traditions. Curated showcases this season include the FDCI x Moscow Fashion Week Presents Hatsibana, offering global insights, and the FDCI x Pearl Academy First Cut, highlighting innovative emerging collections from students.
