5 Seconds of Summer will be honored with an induction into the Australian Walk of Fame this week. Universal Music Australia excitedly shared the news on social media, stating, “It’s time to induct our favourite boyband at the Walk Of Fame Ceremony.”

The celebration is set to take place at the Hoyts Entertainment Quarter, located in Moore Park, starting at 6 PM tomorrow, October 29th. Fans of 5SOS are encouraged to arrive early to secure a good spot.

### Recent 5SOS Comeback News
This announcement is just one of many recent developments for the band as they prepare for their comeback. Last week, they revealed an extensive world tour for next year, which will take them through Europe, North America, New Zealand, and Australia.
Tickets for their upcoming tour will be available to the general public starting Friday, October 31st at 9 AM local time.
Furthermore, 5SOS has unveiled their upcoming album, titled *Everyone’s a Star!*, set for release on November 14th. This sixth studio album includes popular singles like “Telephone Busy” and “NOT OK,” marking their first collaboration with Republic Records.
### Success of Previous Album
Their last album, *5SOS5*, which dropped on September 23rd, 2022, also enjoyed tremendous success. It reached No. 1 on the Australian charts, marking their fifth consecutive chart-topping album. It even secured the top spot in the UK and second place in the US charts.
In a recent list of the *100 best Australian albums of the 2020s so far,* *5SOS5* ranked at No. 22, while solo projects from three of the band members also featured prominently.
### Future Plans for New Music
Bassist Calum Hood recently provided insight into 5SOS’s future musical endeavors. While discussing his solo debut, *ORDER chaos ORDER*, he hinted at ongoing discussions regarding new projects.
“We’re always planning. The 5SOS cog in the music world never stops. In fact, it’s probably the hardest-working cog,” he noted. “There’s always conversations going. There’s always people dreaming up things — ‘What if we do this, what if we do that?’ So fear not, because there’s always something going on.”
