Ajith talks about obsession with stars, crowd
Ajith remarked that while he appreciates the support from his fans, there must be a level of moderation in such expressions. He pointed out that fans sometimes erupt in celebrations that lead to chaos, such as bursting firecrackers and destroying property, stating, “all this needs to end.”
Ajith opens up about Vijay’s Karur rally
Ajith elaborated, “I’m not trying to put anybody down, but there’s so much happening in Tamil Nadu due to this stampede. That individual (Vijay) alone is not responsible; we are all responsible, including the media. We have become a society obsessed with gathering a crowd just to show off.” He further expressed concern about the negative portrayals of the film industry resulting from such incidents.
“There are appropriate ways fans can express their admiration. For instance, crowds at a cricket match don’t react this way. So, why does this only happen in theatres or around celebrities? It reflects poorly on us,” he added.
