Garima Saikia Garg, Zubeen’s wife, recently posted a heartfelt handwritten note from him for fans as the film’s release approaches. On Instagram, she accompanied the note with a touching sketch of the late singer.

Garima shared the note, which reads, “Roi Roi Binale. Mur notun cinema. Sabole aahibo. ‘Morom’. Zubeen da” (My new film. Do come and watch it. ‘With love’). In her post, she expressed the emotional weight of his words written on September 15, urging fans to watch the film.
Her heartfelt message continued: “Every word hits the heart, Goldie! But amid this, there’s a burning emptiness. What happened on September 19? I don’t know where to find peace, but I can’t breathe until I have this answer.”

*Roi Roi Binale* is set to create a notable impact in Assamese cinema, with extensive ticket sales reported even before its release. The film, showcasing Zubeen in the role of a blind musician, features 11 songs that he composed himself.
The plot tackles the struggles and life of a musician. Recent trailers reveal powerful scenes of the character, strikingly reminiscent of Zubeen’s passing.
Produced by Zubeen, alongside Garima and Shyamantak Gautam, the film runs for 146 minutes. The celebrated singer tragically lost his life in Singapore on September 19 during a swimming incident.
