Actor Allu Sirish had arranged a romantic outdoor engagement with Nayanika in Hyderabad for October 31. Unfortunately, Cyclone Montha has thwarted these plans. He shared an update on his Instagram stories, showing the venue soaked in rain and the engagement plans being affected.
Sirish posted an image of a beautifully arranged courtyard featuring a glass canopy, yet everything was drenched from rain. The hardworking crew was trying to set up the venue amidst muddy grass and heavy rainfall.
In his post, Sirish wrote, “Planned for an outdoor winter engagement. But the Weather Gods have other plans!” It appears they are now considering moving the engagement indoors.

According to reports, the heavy rains brought by Cyclone Montha have led to significant flooding in Telangana, affecting communities and infrastructure.
For those unfamiliar, Sirish announced his engagement to Nayanika on October 1. In a heartfelt post featuring a snapshot of their hands in Paris, he expressed, “On the birth anniversary of my grandfather, Allu Ramalingaiah garu, I feel blessed to share my engagement to Nayanika.”
He reflected, “My grandmother, who recently passed away, always wished to see me married. Though she isn’t here, I know she is blessing us from above as we embark on this journey together.” Sirish has yet to publicly reveal Nayanika’s face, and his family has shared images on social media, cropping her out.
Sirish was seen in the 2024 film *Buddy* and has not announced any upcoming projects as of now.
