Baseer acknowledged the narrative of him being a “casanova” and emphasized his disbelief at Malti’s remarks. “Just because I wore a pink swimming costume or act playfully, it doesn’t warrant a question about my sexuality,” he stated.
Expressing his disdain, he remarked, “It’s disappointing coming from someone like Malti, considering her brother’s prominent role representing India in cricket. She should hold herself to a higher standard.”

Baseer further questioned Malti’s courage, saying, “If she had the guts, why not confront me directly? Instead, she chose to ask another contestant about my sexuality, which I find cowardly.”
He also touched upon Malti’s perceived double standards, claiming, “When I’m seen with another girl, she’s quick to label her my girlfriend, while I’ve always insisted we’re just friends.”
Lastly, Baseer expressed his frustration with the show’s management for not addressing the issue during his time on the show, adding, “If I had known about the comments, I would have dealt with it directly. Malti seems to lack understanding of the game dynamics within Bigg Boss.”
