Cascada and Marina Summers to Perform at RAYDIA Festival 2023
Australia’s vibrant LGBTQIA+ event, RAYDIA Festival, has officially announced its final lineup additions. Dance music legend Cascada and renowned drag performer Marina Summers will grace the stage, joining an already exciting array of talent.
This eagerly awaited festival will take place at The Domain in Sydney on Saturday, November 15th, promising a top-tier celebration of music, performances, and pride.
Headliners and Performers
Cascada will take center stage as the festival’s headliner, marking her return to Australia after over seven years. Fans are in for a treat as she performs her beloved hits like “Everytime We Touch,” “What Hurts The Most,” and “Evacuate The Dancefloor.” With over 30 million albums sold worldwide and two Billboard Dance No. 1s, this performance is set to be a memorable one.
Expressing her excitement, Cascada shared, “I’m thrilled to be returning to Australia! The energy from Aussie fans is unmatched, and I can’t wait to bring my biggest songs to RAYDIA. Let’s make it an epic celebration together!”
Featured Drag Talent
Joining the lineup is Marina Summers, a celebrated Filipina drag queen, who will showcase an eight-minute production during her performance. Known for her impressive stint on Drag Race Philippines Season 1 and her appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK vs The World, she has gained a significant following on social media.
Marina expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am excited to perform at RAYDIA! Sydney always brings such energy, and I can’t wait to share my full production show with everyone.”
The festival features a wide-ranging roster, including DJs Manuel Coby, Ana Julieta, BRYANT, and festival organizer Dan Slater. Audiences can also enjoy special drag performances by Sydney legends Coco Jumbo and Space Horse, along with other talented artists from the local scene.

RAYDIA Festival was established by Alex Daoust and curated by Dan Slater, the minds behind the popular Domain Dance Party from Sydney’s WorldPride 2023, which attracted over 21,000 attendees.
“Australia has needed a major event for the LGBTQIA+ community at the beginning of summer, and RAYDIA is here to provide that experience,” Daoust declared. “We are planning a world-class party filled with surprises in The Domain, a stunning open-air venue situated in Sydney’s heart. This is the next step for LGBTQIA+ festivals in Australia, and we welcome everyone to join us.”
Innovative Festival Format
RAYDIA Festival is set to be the first dance event in The Domain to feature an arena-style stage. This unique setup allows the audience to surround the performers, creating a 360-degree immersive experience. Attendees will enjoy an unmatched atmosphere, surrounded by exceptional sound, lighting, and visual displays that enhance the event.
