About “Lokah”

“Lokah” introduces the first female superhero in Malayalam cinema. Kalyani portrays Chandra, a character inspired by mythology, navigating a contemporary world filled with folklore and fantasy. Directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer Salmaan, the film hit theaters on August 28, receiving rave reviews and breaking box office records by surpassing ₹300 crores globally.

The plot revolves around Chandra/Neeli (Kalyani), a yakshi/vampire entangled with a narcissistic policeman, Nachiyappa (Sandy). The film also features a talented cast, including Naslen, Sandy, Arun Kurian, and others.
