The pair, who began dating after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother UK earlier this year, attended the Dancers Against Cancer’s 2025 Gala of the Stars in Beverly Hills, California, on Tuesday.

Hughes expressed his joy about presenting the Humanitarian Award to Siwa, calling it an “incredible” experience. “To come here tonight and be able to present her with the award is very special,” he said.
While Siwa and Hughes are navigating a “transatlantic relationship,” they’ve yet to discuss living arrangements in the future.
Siwa, who identifies as queer, confirmed her relationship with Hughes in June, describing them as “head over heels” in love.
