Kim Kardashian Reflects on Co-Parenting with Kanye West
Recently, Kim Kardashian discussed her co-parenting journey with Kanye West. She shared insights about raising their children — North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6 — during an episode of the podcast “Call Her Daddy.”
Kim’s Insights on Co-Parenting
Kim stated, “What do you think co-parenting with Kanye West is like? It’s not easy. I raise the kids full-time. They live with me. I strive for a healthy relationship between them and their dad, and I think he understands that too.”
She emphasized the challenges, saying, “I protect them when necessary, and it takes a lot of effort.” When asked about Kanye’s visits, she noted, “He calls to see them, but it’s been a couple of months since we’ve heard from him.”
Reports have indicated that Kanye has expressed concerns about their kids’ well-being, with some claims he feels unable to spend time with them frequently.
Background on Kim and Kanye
After her brief marriage to Kris Humphries, Kim Kardashian began her relationship with Kanye West in 2012. They first crossed paths in the early 2000s but became friends in 2008. They welcomed their first child, North, in June 2013 and married in May 2014. Following their 2021 divorce, they reached a settlement in late 2022, sharing four children together.
