Konkona emphasized that achieving harmony between professional duties and personal life is a continuous journey. “On a good day, I feel fulfilled, finding joy in different aspects of my life,” she stated. "There are successes and failures, but that’s just part of the process," she added with a laugh.

She expressed pleasant surprise at the evolving representation, stating, "The characters don’t require me to appear much younger." This marks a shift from the past, where many actors felt compelled to depict younger personas in cinema.

While she acknowledges that progress is being made, she pointed out that challenges remain. "The conversation still centers around women being over 30 and never above 50," she noted humorously. Despite these hurdles, Konkona remains optimistic that change is on the horizon.
