Mirage Streaming Platform and Release Date

SonyLIV has announced that *Mirage* will be available for streaming starting October 20. They revealed the news with an engaging trailer, stating, “Every story hides a secret. This one hides many. #Mirage streaming from Oct 20th only on Sony LIV.” The film will be accessible in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali.

Overview of Mirage

The trailer opens with a woman reflecting on a pivotal journey, followed by a man questioning where this journey will lead him. Asif Ali portrays Ashwin Kumar, an investigative reporter, while Aparna plays Abhirami, the fiancée of the enigmatic Kiran. The plot thickens as she realizes there’s more than meets the eye, even as the police assure her they are her best chance at survival.

Jeethu Joseph co-wrote the screenplay with Srinivasan Abrol, drawing inspiration from a story by Aparna R Tarakad. The film is produced by Naad Sstudios and E4 Experiments in collaboration with Seven 1 Seven Productions and Bedtime Stories. It also features performances by Hakim Shahjahan, Hannah Reji Koshy, Saravanan, and others.

Jeethu Joseph’s Recent Projects

Before *Mirage*, Jeethu directed *Nunakkuzhi*, featuring Basil Joseph, and presented *Level Cross* with Asif and Amala Paul. Currently, he is working on directing Mohanlal in *Ram: Part 1* and the highly anticipated *Drishyam 3*, which will also be produced in Hindi featuring Ajay Devgn. Additionally, he is involved in the making of *Valathu Vashathe Kallan* with Biju Menon and Joju George.
