Salman’s Sarcastic Remarks

In the *Bigg Boss* episode, Salman humorously addressed Murugadoss’s comments regarding his late arrivals. He stated, “I used to arrive on set by 9 PM, and that created issues.” Salman then pointed out that the director’s recent film also featured an actor who arrived even later.

Salman further criticized both Murugadoss and producer Sajid Nadiadwala, suggesting they were trying to deflect blame after the film’s disappointing performance. He noted their quick decisions to move on after *Sikandar*’s release.

What AR Murugadoss Previously Said

In a past interview, Murugadoss lamented that shooting with Salman was challenging due to his late arrivals. He shared that this often led to logistical issues for other actors, particularly children. He mentioned, “If there were four kids in a scene, we would have to shoot with them at 2 AM.”

While praising the emotional depth of *Sikandar*, he admitted to difficulties in executing its story effectively. The film follows the journey of Sanjay Rajkot, portrayed by Salman, after a personal tragedy.

Given its reported budget of ₹200 crore, *Sikandar* garnered only ₹185 crore worldwide, leaving it underwhelming in terms of box office returns.

As discussions continue about the film industry’s challenges, what do you think about the pressures directors face when working with stars like Salman Khan?
