Who got eliminated on Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday?
Hilaria Baldwin’s time on Dancing with the Stars concluded unexpectedly last night. The wellness influencer, who is a mother of seven, was eliminated after delivering an energetic quickstep to ‘Cantina Band’ from Star Wars: A New Hope, alongside her partner Gleb Savchenko.
The judges appreciated Baldwin’s performance. Bruno Tonioli remarked, “I was looking for something wrong; I didn’t see it.”
She even managed to score higher than fan-favorite comedian Andy Richter. Nonetheless, despite the commendations and solid scores, Baldwin fell short of viewer votes to continue in the competition.
Post-elimination, Baldwin expressed her gratitude for the experience, saying, “This has been an incredible experience. I’m so grateful to all of you.” She also thanked her family, stating, “I’m cheering on everybody in the cast because this has been an amazing time.”
Gleb Savchenko praised Baldwin, calling her a “superhero” and an inspiring mother, highlighting her passion for dance.
Addressing ‘nepo wife’ accusations
Earlier on Tuesday, Baldwin appeared on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast and tackled the rumors about her participation. She denied being labeled as a “nepo wife,” clarifying that her husband, Alec Baldwin, did not influence her casting.
“If he ever made a call, it would feel like I didn’t deserve it,” Baldwin shared. “I’m a hard worker. I want to earn things on my own merit.” She pointed out the skepticism that often follows those who marry into fame.
