During the event, Pawan Kalyan expressed, “Crafting a story is one thing, but depicting it on screen is a challenge. Honestly, I wasn’t fully aware of the entire narrative of OG at first. When I discussed the concept with Trivikram and Sujeeth, it piqued my interest.”

He added, “The excitement I saw on my son’s face while he read the notes made me realize this story holds significance for today’s generation. Hence, I’m excited to confirm that we’re set to work on both a sequel and prequel to OG. While setbacks in cinema can be disheartening, this project has rekindled my motivation to create more films.”

About the Film OG

Directed by Sujeeth, OG stars Pawan Kalyan as a former gangster returning to Mumbai to confront a new antagonist, played by Emraan Hashmi in his Telugu debut. The film also features Priyanka Mohan, Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, and Prakash Raj. Notably, OG has surpassed the ₹160 crore milestone in India within just a week of its release.
