Get Excited: Kaylee Bell’s Latest Album is Now Available!

Kaylee Bell has just launched her new album.
Titled Cowboy Up, the album showcases deeply personal songwriting, including the track “Heartbeat,” which Bell penned shortly after discovering her pregnancy.
“It captures the shock, the wonder, and the overwhelming realization that life as I knew it was about to change forever,” Bell reflects on the song.
Album Highlights
The record features previously released hits like “Red Dirt Romeo,” “Ring on It,” and the title song. Additionally, Bell honors her musical influences with “Song for Shania,” a heartfelt tribute to Shania Twain, alongside “Torn,” a cover of Natalie Imbruglia’s iconic track.
“It’s one of those songs I just had to sing,” Bell expresses regarding “Torn.” “It’s iconic, and I’ve always loved it, especially the melody.”
Production Insights
Cowboy Up was crafted with the expertise of Nashville’s Tom Jordan, who Bell invited to New Zealand to collaborate on the album.
“Working so closely with Tom on this record was the most creatively involved I’ve ever been in the recording process, and I absolutely loved it. I’ve been a fan of his band Seaforth for years, so getting to collaborate with Tom was really special,” Bell states.
Upcoming Tour
To celebrate the release, Bell will kick off a national tour in November, marking her largest headline endeavor to date (see full schedule below).
The Canterbury-born singer-songwriter was also featured in our Future of Music series last year, and her previous album, Nights Like This, earned recognition as one of the top albums in New Zealand.
