The Atlanta Police Department recently apprehended a suspect in connection to a car theft that involved hard drives containing unreleased music and tour plans from Beyoncé. The incident took place during the July stop of the *Cowboy Carter* tour, where choreographer Christopher Grant and singer Diandre Blue reported the theft of two suitcases from a Jeep Wagoneer rental. These bags contained personal and sensitive information pertaining to Beyoncé.

The suspect, identified as Kelvin Evans, was arrested and booked into Fulton County Jail on August 26. He faces charges related to entering a vehicle with the intention of committing theft or another felony. As of now, Evans remains in custody, and the Atlanta Police have stated that the stolen items have yet to be recovered.

In a released 911 call, Grant expressed the urgency of the situation, stating, “They have my computers, and it’s really, really important information in there. I work with someone who’s like of a high status, and I really need my computer and everything.” About a week post-incident, a police representative mentioned that no camera footage would be made available regarding the theft.
Investigators discovered that the vehicle’s trunk window had been broken, and light fingerprints were collected from the scene. Auto larceny investigators also flagged another vehicle in the vicinity based on the gathered information. An arrest warrant for Evans was issued on July 14.
